Under the name “Simpleglass.” Kinoshita Takara produces transparent and delicate glass works, in recent years, she has been working on the “bottle origin” series of re-blown glass bottles and the “potash” series of wood-ash glass accessories.

At Rakurado-an, Chef Ito of ‘Il clima’ and we discussed and ordered her to create several kinds of original tableware, including an upcycled appetizer container made from a glass sake cup from the Wakatsuru Sake Brewery.

Also, we will do the activity together to create a cycle in which empty wine and sake bottles from restaurants will be sent to her, and she will turn them into works of art that will be sold at the boutique.
